Hours and Location
Ferdinand’s is open every Monday-Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. except for additional closures on the following dates:
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day: (1/15/24)
- Memorial Day: (5/27/24)
- Juneteenth: (6/19/24)
- Independence Day: (7/4/24)
- Labor Day: (9/2/24)
- Veterans Day Holiday: (11/11/24)
- Thanksgiving: (11/28/24)
- Native American Heritage Day: (11/29/24)
- Winter Break: (12/23/24 – 1/1/25)
Ferdinand’s will also be open on the Saturdays of Spring Family Weekend (4/6), Spring Commencement (5/4), and WSU Football home game days:

Ferdinand’s is located in the Food Quality Building on the Washington State University Pullman campus, two blocks east of the New Biotech/Life Sciences building. It is across from the Indoor Practice Facility.

Purchasing cheese from the WSU Creamery helps support student employees of Washington State University by providing competitive wages and valuable work experiences. A portion of the revenue from the sale of WSU Creamery products is used for educational support of Food Science students.
