1 1/2 Cups unsalted butter, softened
2 Cups sugar
4 Cups all-purpose flour
2 Cups toasted almonds, chopped
1/3 Can Cougar Gold®, shredded
4 Cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mix butter, sugar, eggs, flour, almonds and cheese together until mix resembles pastry dough. Press 3/4 mixture into buttered 1/2 sheet pan. Scatter blueberries across top, then sprinkle remaining flour mixture on top, in a streusel manner. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool. Cut into squares and serve.
Makes approximately 32 bars.
