Breakfast Pizza
1 lb bulk sausage
1/2 cup water
2 cups biscuit mix
4 oz (1 1/2 cup) Natural Cheddar, grated
4 eggs
3 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
Brown sausage and drain. Cool.
Add water to biscuit mix and stir vigorously, about 25 strokes. Grease fingers and pat out dough on bottom of pizza pan or cookie sheet, making a 12- to 14-inch circle. Pinch edge, forming 1/2-inch rim.
Spoon cooled sausage into crust. Sprinkle with WSU American Cheddar. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake 30 minutes at 375° F. Slice and serve.
Makes 4-6 servings.
