Smoky Cheese Ball
6 ounces (about 2 cups) grated Smoky Cheddar
11 ounces cream cheese
2 quick shakes seasoning salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 Tbsp chopped onion
2-1/2 ounces thinly sliced luncheon beef, chopped
2 Tbsp milk
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Combine all ingredients except peanuts. Form mixture into a ball and roll in chopped peanuts. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Serve with cracker assortment.
