Eagle Scout Chicken
(Recipe modified from the Eagle Scout Cookbook Project)
1/2 cup Kraft® Peppercorn Ranch Anything Dressing
1/4 can (1 1/2 cup) Cougar Gold® cheese, grated
1 cup plain panko bread crumbs
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Flour
Preheat oven to 375° F.
In a bowl, mix together the dressing, cheese and bread crumbs. Dredge the chicken in flour. Mound a generous amount of the cheese mixture on top of the chicken, then place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until coating is browned and juices run clear.
Makes 4 servings.
