Breakfast Scramble

PER SERVING

2 slices bacon, cut into 1″ pieces
2 green onions, chopped
3 eggs
2 Tbsp milk
salt and pepper to taste
Cougar Gold® to taste, shredded
Salsa (optional)

Fry bacon with the green onion until bacon is cooked. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper with an eggbeater. Pour over cooked bacon, leaving until eggs are set, then scrambling gently. Top with Cougar Gold and salsa.
