4 large ripe tomatoes cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 lbs Viking Cheese, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1/4 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup Italian dressing
On a large serving platter, alternate overlapping slices of tomato and cheese.
Sprinkle basil and parsley over all.
Drizzle dressing over salad and grind black pepper on generously.
