Class is limited to 20 participants. Please register early for discounted rate.
Before March 25th Three Day Training Fee $620.00, after March 21st fee is $650.00
Before March 25th Two Day Training Fee $470.00, after March 21st fee is $500.00.

Use discount code, “TWO DAY” if you do not NEED to take the HHST training on day three.

We will follow the guidance of the Washington State Department of Health and CDC.

This 3-day class on pasteurization covers vat, basic HTST systems, and on the 3rd day HHST. Additional discussions on magnetic flow timed systems and systems with auxiliary equipment are included. Hands-on activities are conducted in the WSU Creamery Facilities. Course is suggested for plant operators, maintenance personnel, quality personnel, management and suppliers to the industry.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations can be made before March 25, 2022.  The registration fee, less $30 will be refunded to you if you cancel prior to March 25, 2022.  After March 25, 2022 no refunds will be made for cancellations.  Substitutions are acceptable at any time.
