This 2-day class on pasteurization covers vat, basic High Temperature Short Time (HTST) systems, and on the 3rd day Higher Heat Shorter Time (HHST) systems. Additional discussions on magnetic flow timed systems and systems with auxiliary equipment are included. Hands-on activities are conducted in the WSU Creamery Facilities. Course is suggested for plant operators, maintenance personnel, quality personnel, management and suppliers to the industry.

The registration fee, less $30 will be refunded to you if you cancel prior to June 24th, 2024. After June 24th, 2024, no refunds will be made for cancellations. Substitutions are acceptable at any time.
